wtbamoomba, oh, i've ridden behind moomba's, and just about everyother boat on the market. My comment was more directed towards "this is the biggest wake i've been behind" statement....that's all.
Hey, quick question for you guys...do the windshields on those things still move like 4" side to side in rough water? |

K-dub, in all honesty from what i've seen..... the 04 LSV is a really solid boat. No major problems yet with over 100 hrs. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

My buddies LSV has broken down 4 times in the past 6 months and have had other less major problems. maybe it is just his boat. but they aren't very reliable from the engine standpoint from what I know. although now they are MUCH better built and their wake is better too..but not the BIGGEST EVEEEEEER lol _________________ Keep Austin Weird |

My buddy paid about $45k after all said and done. All options minus a couple small pointless ones.
The only problem i've seen so far is that water filter gets clogged which causes the engine to overheat. But I've come to learn that this is common if you park your boat on a dock that is fairly weedy. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

OK OK You guys are rippin me apart for that one. Its just a good feeling when you go from an I/O to a true wakeboat. You can't deny that the wake looks and feels great! _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

45K??? You have to be joking? Could've got a Malibu for that much.
Reason why I ask is because of the staement that was directed towards me when I first started this with you guys. wtbamoomba, asked me if it was'nt expensive enough for me...my answer to that is that I can put 100.00 on the fact that a Sanger V-210 with the same amount of ballast...and NOWHERE near "expensive," will blow your Moomba's wake away...no joke.
Any takers?

what does a 210 go for these days?
45k is taking into account interest on the loan. _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

45k when he left the dealership...(otd price), or when he was done paying off of the boat? It's not making sense...
V-210 around 35k...depending on options |

45k after factoring in interest, so his total payment.... anyway PLEASE FIND ME A SANGER DEALER IN NORTH CAROLINA OR ANYWHERE NEAR HERE!! when you are comparing a moomba to a SAN and a mastercraft, the moomba is sometimes almost half as much.... _________________ finally got my boat!!!

I'm not sure. I just know he got about every option available.
$37k off the lot
I don't know how easy it'll be to get a sanger over to the midwest...aren't they primarily west coast? _________________ Back to back NBA champs. |

45k, after interest? That must've been one hell of an interest rate. What was the out the door preice from the dealer is what I want to know...
I don't know of any Sanger dealers near NC...
They're all over the place out here on the westcoast. Sanger is one of our main competitors here...to compare apples to apples, they don't compete with the top 3 though..(MC, Nauti.,or Bu') Moomba, and Sanger are more in the same league, that's why I brought them up together. |

| Is moombas lsv really that good? All I know is that malibu lsv doesnt have a big wake at all. And the biggest wake i have ever seen is my own. A malibu wakesetter xti with wedge, 2- 250lbs in back, 1- 500 in middle. and a 1200lbs fat sac couch in the floor of the wrap around seating. and a 540 fat sac in the bow with about 6 people in boat. Wake is up to my waste!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone that comes isnt ready for it and eats s#!t on their first few jumps. Only problem is the boat is ridiculously hard to turn. I really need to get some pics up!!!!!! |
