What video compressions do you video creators use? The first wakeboard video i made was with no compression and it was like 30 gig bytes long!! i can't even fit a 5-6 minute creation on a dvd disc. I need a good compressor that has good quality. MPEG-2? im not sure. thanks
If it helps i use adobe premier pro and after effects 6.5 |

MPEG 2 is what is used to compress DVD movies, so yeah it would be a good choice... Or if you plan on putting it on the web, there's DIVx that is good too _________________ Now even tough I know there's NO one in here that lives anywhere near Montréal, if you ever feel like riding, just pm/e-mail/msn/whatever else me |

Maybe you didn't tweak the settings well? I'm not the most experienced guy in video compression, I just know a few things, but nothing much, you gotta experiment I guess! _________________ Now even tough I know there's NO one in here that lives anywhere near Montréal, if you ever feel like riding, just pm/e-mail/msn/whatever else me |

Is it possibly the interlacing? If you are going to view on a TV you want interlaced, but it wont look good when played back on a PC. Progressive is for PC, but not for TV, so you wouldnt export progressive if you want to make a DVD, although the file would look good on the computer. Comprende? |
