Parks biolite for a beginner? Hmmm...I'd move down from that board and go to like the CWB Sol or something if you just started.

Liquid Force Nemesis would probably work for you. You sound like you're pretty small, so think kid's/very small begginner boards like the mentioned Sol.

I'm still thinking Nemesis though because you will advance and Froggy just won the X-Games on it....yeah, that's right, it was all board... Laughing

You need a beginner board that will grow with you a bit and not hold you back. The Parks suggestion was very poor. That's way to much board for you right now. Look for something with a subtle, continuous rocker and deep 2" fins in the center. Stay away from anything with a 3-stage rocker right now. I like the hyperlite fluid 137 for most beginners but many other companies offer similar beginner boards that are great too. It's not too expensive and the hyperlite Vario's are great inexpensive binding too. When you are ready, you'll be able to pick up a pro model later.

Era 135 is a great board. good for beginners, and you can easily advance with it.
you'll probably grow so it will fit you better later

Going from a parks to a beginner board will be quite a difference.

You should now know how to edge properly Smile

go to www.boardstop.com and plug in everything, and how you like to ride.
