| chill dude you might need to wait a little more than seven minutes for help. there are a ton of posts on backrolls in this forum so you may wanna look through a couple to get some tips and make sure youre doing them right. as far as your problem work on keeping the handle close into your waist throught the entire rotation and if you end up falling backwards upon landing just keep a good grip on the handle and act like you are getting up out of the water again. like when the boat first starts up. |

Make sure you keep the tension in the line.. don't throw the rotation, that is how you would get slack in the rope (i think..) Keep the line tight, you don't have to have the handle in close to your body as long as the line stays tight. Kind of looks like your doing a mexi roll in your profile, was that a backroll attempt?
The Headless Chicken, not trying to be mean or anything, but in your profile your favorite trick is a method? Can you even do a backroll? |

do you possibily have a video of you doing one? helps a lot if we could see one
sometimes it helps to watch yourself on a video to see what you need to do |
