| And I work right between you two in RSM....... Went to taco Tuesday today at Tortilla Flats. Lake Mission Viejo looked nice... its a shame. Waste of water, although I heard the fishing is good.

| I grew up in Costa Mesa. Are you going to the design school? Where are you going to be living? That's my home turf! For the most part there is no riding in the actual OC but in the nearby counties you can tear it up. Good luck.

Well, well..... How funny we are all in the same area. I lived in Aliso, moved to RSM and then moved to Elsinore. Job stayed in RSM. Ortega Hwy every morning.
Which lakes do most of you frequent?

I'm a weekend warrior at Elsinore due to my 8-5er.
My buddy just bought a new house behind the new high school and it should be ready mid Sept so my boat will be there year round.
What about everyone else? Piru, Castaic, Perris, Canyon??

I live in Murrieta and have been hitting Elsinore every weekend. I dont care what people say about it, I guess Im just dirty white trash because I like it! Granted I still havent got up on my board yet I'll be there trying still! Going this sunday again.
I want to get a wake tower though, I guess I should get up on the water first before I worry about that though!

RSM here also. Did you know they wakeboard on Irvine Lake? There is a wakeboarding/ski school that operates out of there. We went yesterday for the first time so the boys could learn something to work on while we are houseboating next week. The people were great and it was nice having that lake with only 3 boats out there . Wish we could take our boat out there Here's a couple of pics

We went to the free launch the first day which was a nightmare. Since you are going tomorrow it should be okay though. The rest of the days we launched at the $10 spot which is the nicest launch I have seen. Cant remember the name since the whole weekend was a haze but its right after the London Bridge to the left.

Hey!!! Welcome to CALI!!!! We have numerous spots to ride- some popular, some unknown..... Locally in the ocean the only spot inside a breakwater is Marine Stadium in Long Beach. Real close to you is Irvine Lake. We have a school set up there for wakeboarding and skiing. Check the link below..... Also there is Lake Elsinore (check the POST "Scariest Places you Ride) Canyon Lake, which is private so ya gotta know someone.... E-mail me off forum to learn more

| The free launch area is site six..stay away from this launch pad. There is the Lake Marina which ssrgeoff was writing about, and there is Windsor Beach launch area. It is located off Industrial Blvd which intersects hwy 95. It is maybe a mile up from where you go over the London Bridge. It is $8 for a day use pass. Go early otherwise you will be waiting in line.

Hey there. New to the forum and to Lake Forest. Just got a X-Star and have been haulin' it all over. We've been to Elsinore(nasty), Havasu, Mojave, Castaic, Naciniento and the Delta. Delta had the best water. I'd like to try Canyon Lake, but don't know anyone there. We'll probably be going back to Naciniento and the Delta soon.

| Hey Mattercraft!! Welcome to Lake Forest! Canyon Lake has a small campground on Main Lake. Not sure how you get in there to stay, but you are allowed to launch your boat on the lake. I'm pretty sure you don't have to be a homeowner to stay there...... beware though- the CL Patrol will put your boat thru an extensive safety check prior to launching. Make sure you're coast gaurd approved!
