need help with body slide or back slide?

I've been trying this beginner trick for a while, but need help with description of the proper technique.

Are you talking about a tumble turn?

It is pretty hard with a normal ski jacket. They catch to much water.

I think it would be hard unless you have a barefoot wetsuit or something, though i have never tried this trick

You cut out heel side then fall back into the water and slide on your back lifting the board out of the water. then replant the board and resume riding.
I've only done it a few times. I'm told it looks rally neat from the boat, it appears you've busted and then you ride out of the splash and spray.
