| When doing a 360 i can always get the rotation but the rope is always getting pulled too far away from my body to grab it with my other hand. Anyone got any suggestions |

| Well the first time I did 360's i had the same problem. What i would do is when I hit the wake I would pull the handle toward my trailing hip to start my rotation. Then as you spin you keep the handle there and grab it with your other hand as it comes around. |

Practice by tying a milk jug (1/2 full of water) to a 2-3 foot section of rope and an old handle. Then swing the rope around your body and practice passing the handle off over and over again. Do this for about 5 or 10 minutes before you head out on the water. It'll help out alot. Also, be sure to pull the handle into your hip really hard once you're airborne - it'll help initiate your spin, but it'll also get the handle into position for the handle pass. For added height, try passing the handle under your butt, instead of behind your lower back - it looks cooler too. Once you get it down it's second nature.
Good luck!
Oh, one more thing:
As you approach the wake, make sure that your outside hand is as close to the edge of the handle as possible. This will give your other hand plenty of room to find and grab the handle - and the other edge of the handle will end up closer to your other hand (not as far to reach). |

Buergday, thats a great idea... never tried it but i just might.
Spinning on a trampoline helps too. Make sure you jump up and then while your in the air do the spin. A board attached to your feet may help.

um well if you have more trouble gettin up high on your TS I would say it would be harder ts than hs however it is all your personal preference.....i like doin my bs 180's toeside instead of heelside, it just feels more comfortable to me _________________ "Live to wakeboard, wakeboard to live" |
