I started out on a Fluid 137 and still strap it on occationally as its smaller and easier to though around. Good board to start on and to keep after you progress for newbies and guests. If I were you I would look for a deal on the SPLITS vs Spins. there is an extra strap on the Splits. I like the splits and use it on my parks board. _________________ http://www.wakepics.com/member/Steelerguy

I think the motive is a better riding board. it is easy to ride but is still aggressive enough to get really good pop and speed. I have ridden both and I think the motive is the way to go for sure. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?
