when in the air do you start to spin i just need some help |

| wait untill your in the air to start spinning. start it by looking over the shoulder in the direction you are going to spin. when you start spinning, pull the handle to the lower part of your back and dont let go with the first hand untill the second hand has it. this will help you out a lot in getting the pass. when you come around completely, look for the water. i tend to keep most of my weight on my heels when i land. this is what works for me, but it might or might not for you. let me know how it goes. |

I just started to land them.. i was trying for ages.
What I found to nail them was to pull the handle to your back hip with TWO! hands.
I was doing it with one hand for ages and getting no where.
