Cool!
I'm really curious how your experience is with the tower now... I assume you've been boarding before with a skylon? I've a super sport nautique 2002, pretty extraordinary because our 'pole' is enlarged to make it possible to put a skylon over it. I'm thinking of gettig a tower built on it as well but I don't really know the advantages of it, only that you'll have a good place to store your boards. (We usually go with 3 people, all our own board and a fat sack is laying on the bench behind the driver, so pretty crowdy!)

Jane - friends of mine we go riding with quite a bit have a fly high pole. As far as riding I can't tell the difference but maybe somebody better might. Other than storage another advantage to a tower is that you have less setup time. Sometimes the pole is bit of a pain when you are ready to get out there. We got a Monster tower and from what I seen yesterday...folding it down and putting it back up is a breeze.

Thanks guys! I knew you guys would understand my excitement. I get the puppy stare from some of the non-wakeboarders I tell...head cocked to the side face full of confusion Smile I'll foe sho will put up some pics of the weekend Smile

indywakechica Looks great!

Jane Go for the tower if you can. We had a 7ft pylon pole in our old boat and the support arms would get in the way a lot. The pins that held them in place even scratched a a couple of people trying to duck under them. It got to be a real pain in the a$$ putting it up and taking it down as well. Now that we have a new boat with a tower, it's all maintenance free, plenty of room to move around, you can put your boards on racks on the tower, hang the rope up, hang wet clothes up to dry, etc.... A tower is a lot more stable for heavier riders that cut out really hard too. Saving your cash for a tower will make you happier in the long run.

Hmm indywakechica, sounds good... especially about the heavier riders. My husband weight is around 100 kg (220 lbs) and I so strong that he's unbalancing the boot a lot while edging!

You know it girlie! Smile Any of you guys in here is welcome on my boat anytime. Wasn't there talk of a Ladies Lounge get together at some point? If not there should be, might take forever to get us all together but should definitely try something like that sometime.

Can ya tell I'm feeling the love in the LL today? Smile

Indy - that is AWESOME! I think towers make such a difference for the better. Let us know what you think of it! Go big!

Jane - I agree with what Christy has said about towers 100%. We board with some really big people, and since I am one of the better drivers I drive. Well, they really pull the boat around without a tower - with the tower the pull is not nearly as bad.
