i'll admit it...i'm obsessed with manuals...right now i can manual shuv nose manual and i'm working on a nose manual nollie shuv manual...anybody love manuals like i do? |

That's sweet manuals are rad. I don't know how you can manual shuv nosemanual and not nose manual nollie shuv manual. I'd say the second one is much easier. I've never even tried a manual shuv nosemanual, sounds like you'd need lots of balance for it and a long box 'cause it would take a lot to throw it properly. |

Try them stationary. There probably the same difficulty as rolling but if you stare at a spot on the ground say a rock or a stain in the concrete for the whole thing it won't be as hard. Other then that, just do lots of practicing. _________________

yeah i agree with vip...it does help to do them stationary, it gives you the feel, and really is very similar to do them rolling...that way you can find the EXACT amount of weight to distribute...it might sound weird, but if you distribute PERFECTLY its almost as if you don't even have to try to balance anymore...find the spot... |
