I believe it should be preference. Whichever is more comfortable. I like to ride duck footed, and I know people who prefer it parallel.
Oh and if your ankle doesn't hurt the way you ride, it's probably good, but I'm a newb, so I may be wrong. |

Well, IMO, a good way to find out before you even put them onto the board, is to jump up in the air as if you're trying to get your max vert and wherever your feet are when you come down, that's how you should at least start with them....
....or you can just jump off a chair and do it that way too. _________________
