hey people
first off, i have no idea what i'm thinking. i'm 22 (23 in august) and i have never wakeboarded Shocked ,but i do skateboard when i have some free time and it's not freezing out. sad, i know, considering i live on lake erie (for those who don't know it's one of the great lakes). second off, i work at a marine supply store that will remain nameless for obvious reasons. we do sell wakeboards and i work with with one of the guys that happens to reply to the forums here (but i no idea what his screen name is). i do know a little about wakeboards and have been watching a few dvds on tricks and what not. so finally, my question(s). both of my ankles and knees are kinda shot Sad from playing sports in high school (and no i wasn't a jock Cool ). i also have a bum back at times. so my question is which bindings are going to give me not only support for my ankles, but take some of the stress off my knees? plus, which brand of bindings is the most comfortable? is there a board that is going to take stress off my ankles and knees? any help would be great here. Very Happy

I think you just need to try on the binedings the LF ultra sucs are super comfy... I also think that the Hyperlite belmonts are comfy but there is some people that would disagree with me

I have LF ultra suctions and they are super comfy you might want to try some cheap knee braces you can get from any drug store they do great for me.

Kid Insano, Although I haven't used them, I would say that the O'brien System bindings would have a lot of support. Shapiro has had some bad ankle injurys and he rides them (I think he helped design them also). I can say that the O'brien footbeds are really soft. I noticed a huge difference coming off my old HL 30/60s to the O'brien Focus.
