just got started; went to a wakeboarding school to learn the right way; now the same old question; i'm 6' 170#; no place to demo; what board/bindings? i rode several and felt more stable with a molded-in fin design with a center fin as well;
advanced fairly rapidly to jumping wake;
what about hyperlite motive 134 vs 140 with split bindings vs byerly? |

I would say that the 140 would be better for you. For bindings just go to a board shop and try them on. Everyone has different feet, so one pair may be more comfortable than another. |

I ride a premier. Some of my friends who are just learning to get up find it unstable, but I learned everything on it, and never had any trouble. If you can already get up and cut back and forth, you should be fine on it. |
