Scrubs of the South.. good, bad, and the ugly..

So you guys that have seen the whole movie, was it as good as the teaser that was posted here a while ago? I really like the short 4 min vid or so and i was wondering if I could expect more of the same for the rest of the video. Is it well rounded? Lay me the good the bad and the ugly guys, also how long is it?

Boarder4Life3780, if i remember correctly, the video is edited just like the 4 minute teaser video. same style of editing and same style of music. if you liked the teaser, go get the video...you'll like it.
not too sure on the time though..

Scrubs is a good. It runs 50 minutes. It has a good music. Some of the tricks are repeatative. The best trick was Dereck Grassmans TS Osmosis OA 5. I also liked the footage of Zane and Andrew riding. Not the best movie out, but it puts me in the mood to ride.

yeah i hate that movie actually, the editing is pretty bad and the riding is between like beginner and pro, ist weird youll say a random guy from texas do a indy grab and then youll see like trevor hansen throw a 7. i really dont liek it at all, plus teh guy is like in love with in to out wake inverts, he has like 4 shots of zane doing them, and they are lame

I havent sen it yet cuz for some reason no local shops carry it. Hopefully I'l be watching it CHRISTmas day. But Todd said he was happy with the diting. He said the East TN part could have be more trong. He said no one really go into the groove that day. But Todd is a modest guy so I dunno...

I liked the movie... My lake is in it so make sure you watch the HYCO Lake part really good... I thought the movie was one the good ones out there... I say get it...

That movie was awesome. It has great energy throughout the whole film. I thought the editing was great. The movie flows great with the music and I really liked seeing some different riders for once.
I haven't seen a movie that has pumped me up as much as that one.
It's non-stop riding, non-stop action in great locations.
I definately don't think you'd be sorry if you bought it.

Yeah it was very well put together, a fun vid to watch, especially if you know the local riders at any of the different locations. It has more of a 'this is our crew, watch us ride' vibe than any video with the big name pros can offer, and I think that alone is a nice change. Change for better or worse is definitely opinion but i dug it and own about 25 other vids. The editing is very fast and snappy, lots of fast songs and clips at full speed so it was definitely edited with the intentions of keeping a real active and lively flow. Mobes dont need to be in slow motion, they look more technical at full speed with a chase boat camera right up in the mix.

If you own some of the bigger name vids and love the sport then its a great video that you will appreciate watching, but if you dont own any vids you may be happier getting something more mainstream with the parks/harf/watson type riders. If you cant decide, watch the regular trailer on the SWIS webpage and see for yourself!

My only complaint is how are you gonna name a video scrubs of the south and not come to GA? This is the real dirty south, it's ok though were gonna make a vid next year Wink
