Has anyone here ridden in a wakeskate competition. If so how is the set up. I really want to enter one this summer.

I've been in a few.

They were all set up like a wakeboarding competition. You would get 2 passes and 3 falls.

I really don't like competition riding, especially on a wakeskate. But it helps get the word out when people at wakeboard competitions see you out there doing it.

Last season we started with only a handfull of wakeskaters in our local tournament series and by the end of the season, it was largest division (meaning most number of riders in the division).

At an ambush tournament they had the wakeskate durning a down poor of rain and my friend won on a concave that he had won an hour ago in a drawing.
