I herd kinda what B-rad said but im might be wrong, i herd that him and his buddy where in a big fight and his buddy got killed.
It does look pretty cool on him tho, it suits him i guess

| I saw an interview with Nelly a couple months ago & he said he wears the band-aid for his brother who's in jail. When he gets out I s'pose the it'll come off. |
