Yeah well i got my 180's and nollie 180's down. I wanna take these bigger, can you do them flat land? Or do you need to transfer them or off a bank? Oh yeah and another question, what is a Mc Twist, i asked sum1 and they said it was a 540, but there has got to be more to them. Well maybe thats all they are well thanks in advance. _________________

Rodney does helipops (nollie 360) on the flat all the time. He'll even do helipop late flips. It's definitely easier off a bank but not necessary.
A McTwist is a 540 with a front flip. You can distinguish it from a regular 540 'cuz you'll see the guy's head pointing down at one point. |

If I could ollie 360 I'd drop hints, but I'm just not that good.
With the McTwist, I don't understand what you mean about it being an invert on the board. It goes like this: you've seen guys on vert bust 540's, right? I know you've at least seen it in Tony Hawk's or Bucky Lasek's video for the video game. If you watch real close sometimes their heads point downwards, towards the bottom of the ramp. That's a McTwist. If you could watch it in slow motion it'd be easier to see how a frontflip gets kinda mixed in there, the flip is hard to see 'cuz of the rotation of the 540. But when you see how it works you'll be able to easily pick a McTwist from a regular 540. |

Try them fakie- it took forever for me to get it down, but I'll do my best to describe it. Going fakie, wind up your shoulders a lot. Set your feet up just a little wider apart than you normally do. Right after popping, release your shoulders and spin hard, it helps to look under your armpit in the direction you are spinning. Set a little bit more weight on your back foot (your front foot when riding normal), if you don't make the full 360, you can kind of cheat and wheelie the last couple of degrees just to get the feel. As you do them more, you'll kind of figure out how to pop higher and not have to do a wheelie. Spin to win... _________________ things aren't that simple... |

I do them nollie. Fakie landing on those are too hard for me and I can get decent pop with a nollie. All my friends do them fakie though, so maybe you should try that. |

I can do nollie bs 360's off a curb/small ledge, but i cant do regular ones. I think i get way more rotation doing nollies 360's. _________________
