How do you do these? In particular, I would like to try an Indy Glide 180. They look super sweet _________________ The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.

| when u leave the wake (or trampoline wutever ur on) grab it before u get horizontal and just let it drift back, try to keep tension in the line, this will help u be able to get the board back under neath you. i learned just a simple off axis 180 first and then got the concept of grabbing it early and lettin it drift back. super fun trick just takes some time to get used to |

an austraillain, dan tolsen, told me that an indy glide was nothing more then an indy stiffy, but when you grab it u look behind u. i thought he was crazy cause i thought an indy glide took a raley cut. i tried it a few times and it actually worked. of course it was no parks indy glide, but it was still sweet. _________________ don't think about it, just do it |

An indy glide and an off axis 180 arent the same thing. It would be really hard to do an indy off axis 180. most people, as with me, grab an off axis 180 melon, some grab mute. indy glides are a backside rotation. I cant help you on the indy glide, but for the melon off axis 180, I take a slow progressive cut and grab it melon really soon, while letting my hips drift out. I usually pull it back a little farther than 180 and when I let go, it comes down to 180. Also put more weight on your back foot when popping for it. props to rhett for showin me how. _________________ www.georgiawakeboardlessons.com |
