Suicide Tricks (Maybe osmosis?)

Ok i need some help with these, ive been trying just indy grabs but its hard to get the handle back, ive only just got my hand back around it on sum of them. I watch the osmosis 5's and the handle just hangs there, and help on how 2 get it back?

one of the first thing to remember is not to throw it up. the rope comes with you as u jump the wake so if u throw it up by the time u turn around ur coming down and the rope is at the peak of ur throw. try it on some wake 2 wake stuff just to get a hang of the timing. then go for it on spins i havent been able to pull it off yet. ive seen someone do osmosis raileys

once you go off the wake, pull hard on the handle to get some slack so then rope stays there and let go and do an indy...never tried it but i bet it will work

Yeah ill try you guys advice on the weekend. Ive only been trying them last weekend when i was just mucking around and i got a little bit more serious about it, i eventually want to do suicide fat rockets.

Im pretty sure its where you let go of the rope and grab crail and method (or melan) at the same time. You can also do things like cross fat rockets i think where you grab slow and nuclear.

Yay i nailed them, the grab was pretty good but the rope catch and stuff was pretty quick, there were some though it just hung in ther air and i caught it back good. I also landed suicide 180's.

nope, we have a digital cam but when i film them the files are like 12+megs and i cant email and submit something that big.

I do a shifty grab on these. go straight up and not hard on the cut pull in a bit and let go. just practice. if your technique is wrong then it cant be done!

i dont know if i am the first as ive never seen it done. nicknamed a cosmosis. same trick but spin the handle in the air in front of you. its easier than you think if you can already let go. i found it easy because as it spins it stays on an axis. if i can find an old mpeg of when i first tried i will post it.

Ill see what i can do. The only problem i think ill have with this is reducing the size of the vid to be able to post it.
