Impossibles are where you flip the board nose over tail around your foot. You know that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 video of Rodney Mullen? He does a couple in that. It's the trick he does off the bank (I think that one's in his intro as well).

The thing is, there's 2 different versions of the impossible. There's the version you see him do in that video, which is the older freestyle version. There's an ollie version that's more contemporary which you can see Eric Koston bust out in Chomp On This. Which do you wanna learn?

Depends. There's regular impossibles & front foot impossibles. Impossibles flip around your back foot, front foot impossibles obviously around your front foot. 2 feet is plenty of height to get an impossible done, but it's my honest opinion that if you don't know what a trick is you're not ready to try it.

If you're absolutely bent on trying it I suggest you get a video with Rodney in it so you can watch him do it. Personally, I like the look of Koston's better in Chomp On This so you might wanna watch that.

Yeah im probably not ready for 1, but its not like mass pain can come from not doing it maybe a grazed knee or something but nothing serious. The only vid i have access to of an impossible is the one in THPS3 so ill watch that a few times.

Ok i have a good pic of rodney doing an impossible, but the way he does it is puts he front foot under his nose kick and flicks it around his foot. Doing this way i cant do it but i used to just ollie and push down with my back foot and it wraps around my foot that way and it sorta works, but does any1 know how to do them properly?
