Yeah, I hear that. I can do a few surface tricks, but I don't know if I'd say that the fun factor is really high - danger of faceplant keeps it down a bit, I suppose. Now going w2w, I'm close enough that I can feel it. That's the one that I really want. |

Either a big grabbed heelside or toeside 180 (my signature trick, haha I need to learn something new!) or an ollie to blind off a roller. Hitting doubleups are a lot of fun too, just getting the grab can be difficult sometimes. |

Roastbeef is when you grab the board inbetween your legs on the back of the board. Pretty dope.
I don't know if I have a favorite trick. I love the hang time I get when jumping over huge wakes. And backslides are a blast. I even ollied over same random Delta funk yesterday. Practicing for sliders, if anyone ever builds a nice and sturdy one behind Orwood. The tide was out too much for me to even consider hitting the white one. |

I am so far from learning inverts. I am just getting used to jumping and clearing the wake. Plus, I just stared messing around with slides and stuff. Maybe next summer. |

Right now my favorite trick to do is a big tweaked out ts indy grab. I usually shifty it and bone out my back leg a bit, but last night I let it start to float behind me. I let it out a little too much and nearly burried the nose. I thought I was dead! Other than that I really like a hs nosegrab that's kinda shiftied.

I would have to say my favorite trick of the moment is a 3 or an ollie b/s 180 or a ollie 180 to blind. I cant always hold on blind though. I dont know theres just something about handle passes that i like. clearing my h/s wake switch is fun too cus i dont always make it but when i do im happy |

I'm with you wakin'wena, it feels great to clear w2w, the landing is so much softer. I can't do much yet on the water, one wake jumps, ts 180, lipslides, surface 180's, I'm going to try some grabs next while attempting w2w _________________ This time, like all times, is a very good one if we but know what to do with it. - Ralph Waldo Emerson |

My best trick is wake to wake 180s, - after 4 years of riding, I can finally call them mine and just have fun taking them huge! my second fav. would be 360s, well mine is like a 360 with a nice handle pop when I try to make the switch. - inverts don't impress me like the spins do.....Randall Harris in Nat. I am still new at this, yesterday I just got my first pop off of each wake, right after eachother. And didn't fall. I was really happy about that.
I am not really scared of falling, so I like to try anything.
I noticed that some of you are doing butterslides and 180's before even getting w2w. Is that the way to do it?!? _________________ Don't dunk the cat in the water!!!! |

its just good to do butterslides and 180s because it gives you a good feeling a being able to control the board and your handle position, so when you go w2w you can pick up tricks like grabs and shifties easier _________________ If it didn't hurt it wasn't worth tryin |

I'm just a newbie, but one thing I do that's fun and get's a reaction from the crowd is to lean all the way back and dip my hair in the water. Anyone remember the Miami Vice intro? Is there a name for that? _________________ Not just another pretty face plant |
