|
|
I have 3 tapes from a camcorder I was using this summer with some good footage on it and a VHS tape with some riding too. The question is how can I get it onto CD to edit and what not on the PC and get it on wakepics. I’m one non-technological mofo so can this even be done? Does Walgreens or somebody do this type of thing? |

what kind of tape is the camcorder. If it isn't digital then you'll need a analog recorder. it will let you get it from the camcorder and vca using rca connectors. _________________ www.NORTHSHOREBOARDSHOP.com

yeah the cheapest and easiest way would be to use one of dazzles products.
I think they come with some basic video editing software. _________________ The answer is D - All of the above. |

Thanks guys. It's not a digital camcorder, so one of these products turns the analog into a digital signal that you download into your computer? Cool, I'll check it out. Later |

If the source is Analog which is what it sounds like you need to install a PCI card that will convert the info to digital so you can edit it on your PC.
I use the Pinnacle systems Holly wood version 7.0 hardware and editing interface for all my junk, It's slow but it works.
I know I can connect a VCR to the card and input that way as well, you can also after making the movie send it all edited and everything back to a clean VHS tape for a real movie.
I'm moving to digital soon, I need to make DVD movies.
PEACE OUT |
