My Cassette grip tape wakeskate has suffered a few bumps lately- two of which have dented the board right through to the actual wood. In order to prevent any water getting into the wood temporarily i filled the dents with candle wax, but i just need some advice on what to do to fix the problem in the long term. I have also only used the skate about 5 times.
Thanks in advance
Nick

i rode my casettee in a ditch last summer during a flood and took some pretty big gouges out of it. just let it dry and then put a couple coats of water resistant deck sealer on it. water will get in eventually but my skate has held up fine.
