|
|
i can get a really good deal on a '03 tige 22v or an '03 MB sports B52v, but do not know much about the B52v. i currently have a 2001 tige 2100v and i do not like the wake it makes too much. i was wondering if anyone has ever ridden behind the b52 and how is the wake? Also if anyone knew any other helpful information about these two boats, that would be very helpful.
thanks

Both awesome boats, but i think the B-52 will be more, btw what options does the tige have and what price? The tige has a sweet wake and looks cooler, but the b-52 does look cool |

i can get both boats loaded with whatever options i want, they are also very close in price. the price difference is not a factor in my decision.

the new 22V wake has alot better shape without adding ballast. I like the swith to PCM instead of mercruiser as well. I dont know anything about MB since we dont even have a dealer in utah. Consider the warranties and dealers reputation, time in business and how good they treat you now because that will let you know how they will treat you when you go in for warranty work and service issues. |

I've been behind a B-52 and I didn't like the wake at all, very white washy. I've never been behind a tige, it looks sweet though. |

I havent ridden behind it myself, but from what I've heard, and the pictures I've seen, the 22v wake is insane. |

Go for the Tige 22v. That is the best boat I have ever riden behind. The wake is huge, hard, and peaky. Besides the wake, the boat has a ton of room, perfect for a whole lot of people and tons of weight.

if i had to choose between the two i would say the 22v but if cost isn't a Issue I would recommend a SANTE for reliablity, warranty etc. _________________

Brent you need to go ride behind both boats. I just ordered a B 52 vx2
wake is good and solid, nice lip. wake is a little taller than my B 52 DD I have now. don't have any white wash in the wake at riding distance. hope this helps |

|

i just found out i can now get a 2002 nautique loaded with everything for a good price also. it does not look quite as sharp and new as the tige or b52v would (considering those are brand new boats), but i have driven the boat and everything looks great. The only problem i see with the boat is that it is not brand new like the 22v or the b52v. it comes with ballast, and the wake looks insane. any suggestions?????

which nauti? The SAN and SANTE are sweet boats and worth every penny but they are alot smaller than the 22V (beam and storage) so it just depends what YOU need from a boat, if it is strickly wakeboarding performance than you can go wrong with the nauti if you need lots of space plus a good wake then I would go with the 22V |

i'm not sure exactly which model the nautique is, because i never really looked at buying one until now. it is vdrive and it has the upgraded ballast.

I've ridden behind the 2003 Tige' 22V many times. The wake is one of the best I've ridden behind. It's very similar to the Super Air. I would highly recommend riding behind one weighted. |

Nope, I'm not a dealer. I was able to ride behind a 22V for a week in Orlando though. Great boat, better wake. My 22V just came in so I should be up and running soon. I'm psyched! I'll psst pics when I get it. |
