Cowboy Ribeye - Don't leave me home alone

Misty should have never left me alone last weekend. I have cut back on eating Ribeye but for some reason I just felt I had to try one of these prime cowboy ribeye cuts. Turned out to be over 2lbs of meat. Smile

Seared on the grill then broiled in the cast iron pan.

Still was 1/2 of what I paid for one at Flemings or Vics.
