I'm hardly concerned about the security guards. It's the bureaucrats in cubicles playing sudoku on our dime that bothers me.

When dealing with the lowest common denominator (public) the oligarchs (bureaucrats) need protection as the masses can get unruly due to their dim intellect and inability to fend for themselves.
