I suck at handle passes. What's a tip to help me practice when im not on the lake? _________________ Wakeboard as much as I can. I love cable and boat riding, couldn't live without either of them. I am always asking for advice and always wanting to get better |

Get a old handle or a broom stick and tie off about 5-7 feet of rope. Attach a milk jug filled with water to the end of the rope. Twirl in a circle until the centrifugal force lifts the jug off the ground, then stop spinning in a circle and rotate the hand around your body keeping the milk jug off the ground. I hope that made sense and get ready for one hell of a shoulder workout |

Put a cinder block on a 15 foot rope and handle. And pass it. Muscle memory!!!! _________________ That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9 |

I come from kiteboarding where you get a bit more slack in the lines when you pass (sometimes) but whenever I go for a 360 behind the boat I always let go too soon and don't grab the handle with the new hand.
I always land properly on my feet, but people on the boat say it looks like I am throwing the handle away!
It really frustrating, but I will give the rope technique a try.
Thanks |
