Gotta love a good dancefloor!
Seems pretty solid with good flotation. How tall is it? Looks like a good size length-wise. |

It should sit about 2 feet out of the water or so. |

seems like a fun little rail. If anything I'd maybe make the top surface another foot or so wider and have steeper sides. Will make it an easier time for complete newbies in two ways.
1. Gives them a wider surface area so their edge in won't be so critical in making sure they stay on it the whole way across.
2. If they do come off early, the steeper sides will give them a better chance at riding away vs mellow sides that will just drive them in to the water. |

Right on man, thanks for the feedback!
Just a side note, the ramps angle should be about 14.5 degrees. |

ok this is just my opinion but as a newbie (which i would still consider myself) on sliders the slanted sides were more inviting because it didn't feel as intimidating. Gnar is correct most of the time as a newbie you will slide down into the water and crash(at least I did), but I also ate it bad every time I tried to come off early on a slider without slanted sides. So again just my opinion as a slider newbie, I like the slanted sides. |

Have it have a nice jump up onto it. Like 3 to 4 feet off the water. have a thinner dance floor to have it different and having it too wide makes things too easy to do _________________ Wakeboard as much as I can. I love cable and boat riding, couldn't live without either of them. I am always asking for advice and always wanting to get better |
