Best tip I can give you is to use the "Search" function on here. There are literally thousands of threads on this. Read through 25 of them and then post your questions.

Like Pet575 said read through the forums and go to youtube and watch videos. There are a lot of free instructional videos on youtube on how to get up.

Go practice a few times and bring specific questions here. I would recommend trying to stay in a squat position like you are a baseball catcher and keep your toes up so you dont catch your front edge. I would also recommend letting the board sink into the water beneath you as you start to get pulled up. As long as you keep your toes up, the board will glide up to the surface. It all comes down to striking a balance between letting the boat do the work for you and proper positioning.
