Wet sounds or JL Audio???? I want to replace 4 6.5" factory speakers with something that will not distort when played at higher levels. My problem is that my amplified tower speakers sound great, but my non amplified "stock" in boat speakers sound like crap. These seem to be the top two out there. Which do you prefer?...........OR will I need to amplify the in boats also?
Thanks

It is very possible that the amp in your headunit that is driving those speakers is causing some of that distortion. What speakers are in the boat now? I would definately recommend amplifying the in boat speakers.
The in boat speakers are the factory SeaRay pkg. They are panasonic.....I cannot find any info on their specs anywhere... The head unit is a Clarion m455 which has 52x4 which I have running to these now with the tower run off a separate amp..
