What is the best way to get a "clean" cut? It is time to foam my sundeck... I figuered scissors would leave a jagged cut. I paid a lot for this stuff and want to do it right the first time... Thanks. |

my upholstery guy uses a hot knife. basically a piece of wire that gets hot and melts the foam. works great, but stinks a little. _________________ trying to find a $5-7K usable saltare if anyone knows of one. |

I know I've seen some vids of people using a turkey carver to shape/cut foam. I think you'd be fine just using a razor blade, though. Looks like all your cuts are straight so I'd just use a straight edge and a razor blade. |
