Are there ever sales on Monster towers? I'm planning on installing an MT2 for my winter project and was wondering if there are end of season sales on these.

Thanks

They sometimes sell off blemished towers etc and have been known to knock $100 bucks off every now and again but its rare.... I wouldn't hold your breath.

The better deal is to try and spring for accessories at the same time and take advantage of their package deals or to call them up directly and see if you can work something out.

Why we are on towers... would the DIY towers be an option... or are they junk?

I've done a ton of research and from what I've found Monster towers are built rock solid. The way I see it you're only going to buy one tower for your boat so make sure its a solid one.

People have said good things about DIY towers but Monster is definitely a step up in quality, you get what you pay for. Lower priced brands like DIY, Big Air, Aerial, Krypt, etc use smaller diameter tubing than Monster. Most discount towers are also made by the same factory in China and rebadged.

Do any of these look familiar?
