My wife, I and some friends (8 total) decided to make a trip to Steamboat Springs, CO January 2011. I have been there before for Music Fest, but am looking for rental homes on the mountain, preferrably ski in/out, or at least within walking distance. Anybody have any experience? Any locals on the forums?
Thanks

No problem. If you can't find a ski/out or one close, get one that is close to the bus line. The buses in Summit county are awesome. They go to all the resorts, and run from 6am till around 2ish.
I was talking with my brother, and I guess 2 years ago we used this site www.vrbo.com might check there also. Got a great deal from them also. _________________

I used vrbo.com and found a pretty good deal. The house is not ski in/out but extremely close. Its a mountainside home that is literally a short walk away from the slopes. Great view, sleeps 10, etc. Thanks for all your help! Now onto trying snowboarding for the first time after 10 years of wakeboarding! |
