front roll or front flip or whatever

So ive given a couple of attempts at front flips off of some small waves, and i think im ready to try them w2w now, i was thinking about trying both heelside and toeside attempts at em, heres a vid, any tips would be helpfull

Heelside would be a front flip, toeside is a front roll. The front flip would be harder than a front roll (to me) since it's more of a cartwheel motion. Also, your video isn't working. Click on 'Embed' and there will be a link in the HTML code which you should use. It should be something like:

Well, there's also a front flip (http://www.wakeboarder.com/tricks/frontflip.phtml). He said front flip or front roll and he wasn't sure. I said front flip for heel side because people seem to confuse front rolls and front flips.
