I work at a huge corporate law firm we have hot running around all over this place.. you should see some of the executive secretaries its like the guys don't even try to hide the fact they are hiring the hottest one they could find. 50% are the nicest girls you would ever speak with the other 50% are looking for a rich husband.

I remember a study done a long time ago that proved - nice looking people always get hired first depending on the job of course but still even then for the most part the better looking person gets the job. I found that interesting and funny in a strange way.

J_DOGG, the other part of that study was that they reach a sort of wall due to their looks. If you are very attractive, studies have shown that you only get promoted so far. Same goes for the uglies out there. Being attractive helps, but don't be too attractive.

In my young career I've realized that I need a secretary who wants to be my work mom not my future ex. All my assistants have been in the twilight of their careers and make sure I know where I'm going, have my homework done, and my lunch is taken care of.

That being said in my industry there is a lot of young women staffing legislators or advocating for non-profits. But for the most part they think they are hotter than they really are because the old guard seems to hit on everything that moves.
