I don't know anything about those bindings, but I have the 2009 version of the LF Trip in a 138. We use it for our "boat" board. It's a great all around board and is pretty forgiving. It's a fast board and really takes off on edge. The pop is good, but not explosive or abrupt. I would recommend taking the center fins out, because with the center fins installed the board felt way too sticky for me. |

I loved the trip when I rode it. Unfortunately I got a size too small so I just tried a different board all together. I would def recommend the trip, not sure what those bindings are but they look like they'd do the job, and if you ever got sick of them a couple hundred bucks down the road would swap them out. _________________ Today is a chance to become a greater person than the person we were the day before. |

A friend of mine had a trip, and he still says he likes the way it rode better than any board he's tried. He's on a Marek now and has ridden four other pro models. _________________

I dunno man I say go with the bindings and if they seriously bother you you can always trade up later. _________________ Today is a chance to become a greater person than the person we were the day before. |

Stay away from those bindings. They are terrible and you will regret it... If you are really interested and want those bindings i have a set for $50. |

I have that exact board right now standing beside me. I wouldn't trade it for anything. It feels great on the water and makes everything just feels "easy". Great for beginners and right up through advanced. Highly recommended. I'll be an unhappy camper the day I have to replace this pretty baby. _________________ "Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy not suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat" |

Just when I decide to pull the trigger, DJs boardshop tells me they just ran out of that 2009 graphic... Oh well I'll still get a Trip, about to check my local shop Perfance Ski. |

Take out the middle fin and if it feels too loose just get some .7-1 inch fins. they'll give you a little more stability but still let you break the board loose for slides. |
