CGA Life Jacket?

same sh*t happened to me. I just bought a really nice life jacket for some big people on my boat... I went back and ordered an additional jacket in size L (bought first one in XL). Figured I'll keep the other one anyways since it's such a good deal.

Got mine last week and just got around to calling customer service to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. And to my surprise they said just ship it back to us with your packing slip marked that you need a smaller size and they'd send one out as soon as they got it. Would have been better if they had given me an exchange number or something like that to put with it but since this is really my only option to having a usable vest for my 32 buck i figure i'll risk it. Here's the info they wanted:

Need size MEDIUM instead.

Hopefully this works out but I thought I'd pass it along as a lot of ppl are having the same issue. I'll update you when I get my size MEDIUM vest!

I love it. Best 40 bucks I spent so far. Feels alot better then the other vest we use that came with the boat.

Yeah i got mine in the other day. I ordered a medium paisley and it fits fine.

I bought 4... They are awesome quality!! Best money I have spent this year.... and the easiest! Only thing I would say is girl sizes seem to be a little on the small size

Got the medium in the mail after sending back the large and it was definitely worth the wait! Great vest and great quick service! My laziness accounts for the month difference between posts, only took 2 weeks from when I sent it.

I got my Helium vest in ysterday, its CGA approved and has "lumbar support" in it. Its like two elastic velcro straps that go around my belly, kinda wierd. Not sure how much im going to like it.
