Why is it a "prize"??? It says "winning cheque". Do they take all the scam victims and draw numbers to see who gets $500k from 'central bank'?

I guess I'm asking too many questions, the letter is signed by a Dr., so who am I to argue with it... I'm firing off my info right now.

They could have atleast come up with a better name or email address like National Compensatory Committee (sp) for Internet Fraud. I bet some people would go for it. But yeah, check that you want to get it at their office, and see what the next response is. A guy I was taking care of in the looney bin fell for one of these. It was really sad. He thought he won a 56 million dollar Internet lottery and had sent this company 250k his life savings, before collecting. They were based out of jamaica and were even calling the mental health ward as different names to try and talk to him. This poor guy was married for 6 Months, had close to a million dollars and the lady took him for over 500k. Kind of a Anna Nicole type of job and now he gave away the rest to these Jamaican scam artists. Every day I would see him, he would beg me to discharge him and say he will give me $10 million when he gets out. The people who run these scams should be put in front of a firing line for what they do to people.
