|
|
So i took home the front bow seats from my 1988 sea ray. The upholstery was cracked and ripped so my mom and i went to the fabric store and bought some new white marine vinyl along with a dark green accent stripe.
it took a while to make the templates but once we got the template made, it was smooth sailing.
my mom got the center seat done last night and we are working on the two side seats.
let me know what you guy think so far

Looking good so far, the second pic though, kinda looks like the strip is a bit crooked? It could just be an illusion from the angle of the pic. _________________

That's looking really good. Too bad you don't have the shape, and color, of my old boat seat cushions. I have all three cushions, with good vinyl and foam from my Bayliner still. If you're interested in them, even for the foam, let me know. I'd like to sell them to someone that can put them to good use. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

How much did the vinyl cost you? I was loosely considering building a completely new back seat that would basically be a ballast in disguise. Would require upholstering. Let me know. _________________ Today is a chance to become a greater person than the person we were the day before. |

the vinyl was about $13 yard...i got about 3.5 yards and that pretty much covered the front bow seats |
