Its about fun, when you cant have fun, dont ride, if you force yourself its only getting frustrated, maybe take a little pause of a few months riding Wink Get your mind focussed on something else.

baby steps. Just start small with the basics, simple 180's, 360's. Just go out and get comfortable. Don't go throwing anything serious. Work your way up to it as your body and mind adjust and remember. You'll get more and more comfortable faster and faster, and soon you'll be back to the level you were at.

Double front, that would have been hilarious to see.

Did it go something like this.............WHoooosh.......ONE.....TWOOOOO oooooooohhhhh SH*T!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

Man, honestly, Id get out there and try it again. Chances are, your not going to take another death beater. Then after you see that you can survive that, you should feel like you can go after anything. Just make yourself do it

I agree with having fun. Fear comes from being somewhat comfortable where you are and not wanting to push the extra mile. If you aren't feeling it, don't force it. I bet you can have fun riding without doing doubles or anything else.

Mmmkay
