I'm trying to figure out what to buy first. I have an old school 1980 SKV day cruiser i/o with a stroker engine in it. Throws a decent wake for being such a light boat, but who knows...I've never been in a real wakeboard boat. At anyrate, no one drives the boat as well as I would like, but I hate not being able to get more then 2 feet of air.

I'm thinking of the PP and then getting a pylon from big air or insanity.

What would you guys do?

If you suggest the tower, which one...I'm looking at either big air vapor or diywake tower.

Thanks in advance!

I'd go with PP first. It helps you overcome a bad driver much more than a tower will help you get that extra half-second of hang time.

pet575, huge second. Having a consistent speed will help you dial in your technique, which is what you want. A tower is in all likely hood not improve your technique, and a tower and pylon do exactly the same thing, so if you go PP/ pylon, then you get the best of both worlds.

Roughly $1200 or so. Not sure you can even buy non-stargazer from PP anymore.
