I have teriyaki marinade. I was thinking of throwing 7 lbs. chicken with two cups water and the marinade together. Is it ok to cook it withthe marinade in there or is this a bad idea????? _________________ jt09 wrote:

Both are fine, you can marinade and then cook in a different manner, or marinade and then cook in the marinade.
Alrighty, added the marinade and dilluted with water. Also added half a bottle of jalapenios. Will see how it turns out in the morning.
