| I just purchased an '85 SN 2001 and I'm looking for a tower company to go with. I really like the New Dimensions tower, but for $2k+, that's out of the question. Trick towers seems to be like a great choice for the money ($1k for a custom fit tower), but would like to hear any opinions on this tower. |

I don't have any info for you on Trick Towers, but have you looked at monster towers??
They now offer a budget priced tower, as well as their original M1 tower, their new M2 tower, and even some blemished towers at a reduced price.
I put a Monster Tower on my boat 2 years ago, and I'm completely satisfied with it, and I have had numerous compliments on how it looks.
Plus you'll be hard pressed to find a company that stands behind their products any better than monster, and are as easy to deal with.
Just my opinion, hope it helps |

I really like the way their towers look. Under the customer pictures section you can see some good examples. I had a '99 Super Air a few years ago, and this tower is very similar in looks...maybe that's why I like it.
I know Monster is a great company, and they have some decent deals as well. I just do not care for the way they look. I really want my tower to have horizontal crossbars to mount board racks to. Again, more aesthetics, but to each their own. |

Never heard of them and they look to be in Texas. Maybe in the Dallas area? We had some towers at boardstop in the past from Skylon for $1000 bucks with free shipping. Those towers are not in the $1200 price range but still very nice. Shipping was $245? _________________ Wakeskating

Phone number is in fort worth. Custom tower under $1000 is pretty impressive. I would definitely look into it. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

NKCrider, Thats still a universal tower - they just make some different sizes.
Still a decent universal set up though _________________ www.AxisBoats.co.uk | www.Malibu-Boats.co.uk |

NKCrider, I really think the New dimensions are nicer towers, however, I do think its hard to justify 2 times the outlay for the same fundamental result.
I'd not pay the extra... _________________ www.AxisBoats.co.uk | www.Malibu-Boats.co.uk |

I couldn't agree more about the New Dimensions Towers. They look great, but I can't justify the price difference. I bought this boat at a great price, and $2k is more than a third of it. The Trick Tower looks like a fantastic custom fit option - I also feel the same way FlyZone does...IMHO, I think the Trick looks better than the Monster shape. Sounds like I've pretty much made up my mind |

I guess this is exactly why everyone has their own opinion on things, as in my honest opinion I think that tower is way too boxy, and bulky looking.
To each his own though |

You are the one that is going to have to live with the tower for as long as you own the boat so get the one you like best. As long as it is a solid tower and the company is there for support you should be fine. _________________ Wakeskating
