My current wakeskate (see above) serves as a break from long wakeboarding days, but I dont like it. It seems increadably loose to me, and while I know that one of the main reasons people wakeskate is for the skate feel, its a little over the top for me. I need a few suggestions as far as giving it a little more solid edge. I have been thinking sanding down the completely rounded edges to make them sharper on tips and tails than the rounded plywood rails right now. I was also considering putting some new fin holes in it to do two at each end. I would have to seal any new holes/fresh wood with something marine grade, but that shouldnt be a problem. Just wondering if these ideas suck, and if there is anything else available, sort of a new skate.

there is a much easier way. Do you have fins in it now? If so try bigger fins. If you dont have fins.... throw some on that badboy!

By bigger do you mean deeper or longer? Or does it matter?
