Does ollieing ever just become second-nature or do u still have to concentrate everytime?

Definetly second nature- most of the time if I'm ollieing up a curb or something I don't even have to look down at the board.

So how long does it take? I've only been able to ollie well for about a month, and everytime I stop concentrating the board stays on the ground.

Everyone seems to be different. Some people can get a feel for it quicker than others. A ton of people seem to say that once you've got it down, you've got it for good. I think as long as you skate regularly that is true.
Either way, from what you're saying you seem to be on the right track. So just keep at it don't give up and you'll keep doing well.
Before you know it you'll wake up one day and realize that ollie'ing is as natural to you as pushing.
Good Luck!
