after doing an olie 180 out in the flats on my heel side im alwaysed pulled in towards the center of the wake no matter how hard i try to cut out... what could i be doing wrong

just not having the right weight distribution. when i ride switch I try to have 70% of my weight on my back foot and the rest on my front obviously. keep the rope close to your hip, at least thats more comfortable for me, I feel like I have more leverage.

Really tho, switch riding just takes time and practise to get comfortable with. Next time you go out, ride switch the whole time and just try to conquer your edges again, this time switch. Practise slowly going in and outside the wake, and the transition between edges. Hope that helps.

Well ollie with a bit of cut and when you land you will be on your toesand have a bit of weight on them. How ever this might throw you off axis but it works 4 me

what helped me was doing lipslide 180's and riding switch in rough water, also just cutting back and forth switch, end of last year i couldnt ride switch very well, but now its much much easier and can do w2w's switch

The problem a lot of people have is that when the first try riding switch, they ride backwards... like if the had 70% weight on their back foot regular, they'd put 70% weight on their front foot switch. What you have to do is look at and think how you ride regular and try to mirror that switch. A video/still camera really helps for this because it lets you see your stance really clearly.

Keep trying riding switch, i am also learning to ride switch... Gets better after a while just have to practice a lot..
