I rode behind one of these for two years, with the right amount of weight it produces a very good wake. But you're going to lose room putting sacs in there. Was the 02 a super air (v-drive?) it won't be the same wake with just stock ballast. We ran a tube sac in the ski locker a fat sac on each side of the engine and a tube sac in the ski locker. _________________ Shane Cook

98 air and an 02 are completely different hulls and boats - the wakes do not compare at all....
We rode with +2k pounds in the 98 Pro Air my buddy had and that got it to be just about where my 02 SANTE stock wake was at....
You can get a nice wake out of that 98 Pro-Air but it will not compare to a V-drive wake.. _________________ PEACE
