tried a few hs bs 5's today... any tips? i can do hs bs 180's and land wrapped. how can i keep my feet over my toes when i land? i'll try to get some video up here soon...

The trick for me has been to keep my chin up all the way through the spin (don't look down until the landing). Sitting down on the landing probably is not the real problem--it is just a symptom of an earlier mistake. You need to stay on-axis. Every time I look down I do the exact same thing.

When you start to get the board under you, concentrate on keeping it flat. The line tension from edging is tough to deal with after all of that spinning.

yeah i tried a few more last night, and got pulled over my heels and took a pretty nasty backwards faceplant...still feelin it today
