|
|
So I just picked up a new Lib Tech TRS Magne and need a new pair of bindings to slap on this thing. I'm currently wearing some Vans Danny Kass boots in size 8. Does anyone have any bindings to suggest that I look into? I mainly freeride and have minimal interest in park, if that makes a difference.
I'm kinda looking into picking up a pair of last year's binders to keep cost down, if possible. So if your favorite shop has a website with a deal on some sweet bindings from last year lemme know!
sorry for the super n00b question! _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

Ebay, or craigslist. I have yet to see too much come through SAC. Whatever you get, make sure it has a cap strap. _________________

You'll have to give some feedback on that Lib Tech TRS....I was looking to get one of those with the Magne Traction....the 162 model. |

Yeah I'll let you know for sure! I've had my eye on it for awhile now and finally found one for a good offseason price and grabbed it. I've heard nothing but great things about magne, so I'm kinda stoked to get out on it. Gotta wait for the snow to stick first, though!
I've read some stuff about the ratchets sucking on the MFM's, yet everyone here seems to like them?
I just found some Ride Spi in black for $150. ya or nay? http://store.verticalurge.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=30
Not looking for the most super high tech, but I do want something that'll be solid and for a good price. Unless someone convinces me otherwise I'll probably pick these up by the end of the day. _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

The technines are nice to ride but as I said before there rachets suck. They cut up your glove too. If they had rachets that you didn't need to punch off then I would have sticked with t9. But anyways those rides look nice. Check out these Ride Beta UL MVMNT http://www.ridesnowboards.com/bindings/binding.asp?ProductID=200 double the price of the ones your looking at, but they have this new toe strap, which is dope. |

Yes...I've got a friend or two who have magne decks and they have nothing but good things to say. They absolutely love it. Same thing goes with Lib Tech in general. I've never really heard anything bad about them from any shop I stopped by (and nobody has ever tried to steer me away from their decks).
Anyways, SPi have been purchased. Thanks everyone for the input. _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com
